In Pokémon Silver, that secret part is accessed by going up behind the Poke center, going left, and at the opening going up, then go left again until there is a opening. Then go into the opening and you'll be in the mansion. Next go up the stairs to the top. Now you'll be on the roof. Next you'll see a door. Take it. Now you'll see a man with green hair and glasses. Talk to him at night time and he will give you TM03 which is Curse. | ||
