Jamie T.'s games are unlocked by beating both Mona's and Jimmy T.'s boss stages in story mode. Jamie's Mix features a selection of the microgames from Wario, Mona and Jimmy T., but at a harder difficulty level.
In the story (Games) mode, you will be presented with a selection of fifteen randomly-picked microgames from Wario, Mona and Jimmy T., followed by a boss stage. Beat the boss stage to unlock Kat & Ana, Ashley, and Dr. Crygor's games and to receive one of the Toys.
Once you have beaten Jamie T.'s boss stage, picking her again in story mode will present you with a repeating cycle of fifteen randomly-picked games followed by a different boss stage, the time limit reducing every few stages, for you to see how far you can progress. If you score over 30 points you will receive another Toy.
There is no Album mode for Jamie T., as all her games are covered in Album mode by selecting Wario, Mona and Jimmy T.

The boss stages will appear in the order: Wario's boss stage (You Break It, You Buy It), Mona's boss stage (Pro Bowling), Jimmy T.'s boss stage (Rainbow Juice).
