Outsiders[edit]

The most important characters come from other worlds, namely the Earth and Britannia/Sosaria.

The game doesn't explain how characters from Britannia arrived in Eodon, nor how they lost their memory.

Earthmen
Britannians (and other outsiders)
Seggallion
  • Shamuru is Shamino from Britannia; he's also the alter-ego of Richard Garriott, author of the Ultima series.
  • Triolo is Iolo from Britannia; he's also the alter-ego of David Watson, a personal friend of R. Garriott.
  • Dokray is Dupre from Britannia; he's also the alter-ego of Greg Dykes, a personal friend of R. Garriott.

Note that Shamuru, Triolo and Dokray all bear the symbol of the serpent, that represents the Britannian Order of the Silver Serpent.

  • The wisp is a creature from Xorinia who can freely travel between worlds, including Britannia.
  • Seggallion is a hero from the world of Ashtalarea (Knights of Legend) who magically ended up in Britannia (Ultima 6).
