The King of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match is a remake of The King of Fighters 2002 released in 2009. The game was first released to the Arcade, then it was released for the PlayStation 2, but it was released only on Japan, but later it was released to the Xbox 360, Windows and PlayStation 4, who finally had received international releases.

Gameplay[edit]

The game saw the return of the Orochi Saga characters and NESTS Saga characters: Bao, Foxy, Jhun Hoon, Lin, Shingo Yabuki, Heidern, Li Xiangfei, Hinako Shijou, King, Kasumi Todo, Kyo Clones 1 and 2, Leopold Goenitz, Krizalid (2nd form only), the two Zeros, Igniz, Geese Howard, some EX characters versions, new moves, new stages, new modes, characters gameplay were changed (some characters were nerfed, such as Mai), and K9999, was replaced by the character who made your first and unlikely apparition, Nameless.
